Animated Exeter is embarking on a new venture. Each festival we will invite an animator to come into a venue or take part in an event and record their impressions or ideas as a short animation. This year's residency was offered to Jessica Marcell, an animator recently graduated from the University of the West of England, based in London.

Jessica will begin her residency on Sunday January 8th, and will be based in the new courtyard of Exeter's refurbished Royal Albert Memorial Museum (RAMM). She will be able to talk to anyone about her work during her residency, and we will be seeing the results over the final weekend, the Essential Weekend, 18/19th February.
