This year's
highlight is the UK premier of The Folimage Adventure from France
which is a logical extension of our close links with animators and animation
trainers in Brittany. We also welcome our new partnership with East
Devon District Council and the Thelma Hulbert Gallery.
The
festival is proud to have Jayne Pilling, Director of the British Animation
Awards, as film programmer. Once again she has scoured the globe to
bring films that will appeal and entertain. Susannah Shaw has brought
together a comprehensive range of exhibitions, workshops and illustrated
talks. These offer opportunities for children, students, families and
film enthusiasts to gain hands-on first time experience, develop existing
skills and interests, and meet the creators and experts in the field.
