75 Years of Excellence - The National Film Board of Canada

We celebrate 75 years of the NFBby showing some of the highlights of this world-class archive, including the work of pioneer film-maker, Norman McLaren, whose centenary is being celebrated in April in Scotland: McLaren 2014.
Iain Gardner, the artistic director of McLaren 2014,is coming to Exeter. Iainwill be visiting from Edinburgh, where in April they are holding a major festival to celebrate the Centenary of Norman McLaren and he will discuss the work of this important and influential artist, with Helen Brunsdon, alongside other films that have come out of the National Film Board’s archive.This collection has been compiled exclusively for Animated Exeter by Michael Fukushima – who sadly is unable to attend due to an injury.
