This screening is introduced by Iain Gardner, artistic director of McLaren 2014, is visiting from Edinburgh, where in April they are holding a major festival to celebrate the Centenary of Norman McLaren. Iain will be discussing the work of this important and influential artist, alongside other films that have come out of the National Film Board’s archive.This collection has been compiled exclusively for Animated Exeter by Michael Fukushima – who sadly is unable to attend due to an injury.
Iain won the Animated Exeter 2011 Audience Award for his film The Tannery
